Pls be aware of a 40 something single Chinese landlady renting either 1 room or the whole flat on 10th floor of Blk 775 Woodlands crescent.
She has illegally rented to Singaporean HDB flat-owner (and to me previously) without seeking HDB's approval.
Also she started video-camming her tenants without informing or seeking consent of her two tenants.
She also gave less than 1 month's notice to move her "undesirable tenants" out.
She touches your everything including bedsheet, grab food, parcels and she enter room without even knocking on door - very rude. She knocks on door very often.
She also got upset when i had free moving service to move my things in after 3 months of moving in although nothing lost or damaged. I dunno what is wrong with hee. She definitely is the jealous crazy type of person you do not want to knoe (she only appears normal).
She has a GUAT in her name but there are probably many overthinking and stuck-up landladies like her.
