Looking for 2 male Filipino professionals to occupy master’s bedroom in Tampines (522494)
- 3 of you will be sharing the room (already occupied by 1 person).
- Preferably day shift para di ma hassle ang roommates na nagoccupy sa master’s.
- $475 each excluding PUB and utilities (equally shared with all housemates).
- Private toilet.
- Air-conditioned.
- No landlord staying. (All Filipino males living in the unit)
- All occupants will be registered with HDB.
- Visitors are allowed.
- Cooking is allowed. (clean as you go)
- Laundry is allowed.
- Have a mini gym equipment.
- 2 minutes walk to basketball court.
- 2 minutes walk to jogging track.
- No damn crazy rules but must cooperate to maintain the unit/healthy relationship with housemates. (maganda ang samahan dito)
- Near NTUC, hawker centers, and wet market. (5 minutes walk lang)
- 4 bus stops to Tampines MRT; 2 bus stops to Tampines East MRT.
- 1 month advance and 1 month deposit.
- Availability of viewing starts on January 30, 2023.
