Responsibilities:
•You will be part of a team of Client Service Associates in a contact centre environment
•Conduct tele-engagements to seniors, check-in and assess if there’s any changes to their health and social circumstances
•Maintain a professional level of care and services
•Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
•GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, NITEC / Higher NITEC OR Diploma holder
•Preferably 1-year of contact centre / eldercare experience
•Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills
•Proficient in 2 or more languages/dialects in order to communicate with seniors who are not conversant in English
•Good computer skills
•Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
Work hours
Mon to Fri
Shift pattern:
•Mon – Thu: 9am – 6.30pm / 10am – 7.30pm
•Fri: 9am – 6pm / 10.30am – 7.30pm
Salary up to S$2800 per month
Location: East Side
