You got to enjoy your personal office cum warehouse or any other functions within the 800sqft. With condo facilities like gym and swimming pools. Ideal for day time warehouse storage during renovation or if you need to work from home. But Government do not allow overnight stay as this is not Hotel. Cater for industrial usage with canteen, gym and swimming pool.

Why are people listing lowballed rent when they do not intend to rent at that price?
If you support this type of lowballed behaviour, you will be forced to rent your unit at a lower price in the long term.
Of course, you will get more enquiries when you price at a loss. Once everyone starts to follow this lowballed pricing, the fake pricing will become actual market price. Why rent Low when eco-tech is 100% sold with high occupancy rates?

Just the property tax plus management and sinking fund already exceed $400 per month.
Where can you get money to repay your mortgage when the rates are rising with no end in sight?

Remember the months of rent you sacrificed during covid lockdown. Are you sure there would not be more extraordinary events where you will be forced by the government to rent free again?

Almost 100% of all eco-tech owners lost money and would not be able to recover their investments.
Please do not widen the loss margin further. It is stupid to price Low and dream that someone will agree to pay higher than the agreed amount.

Continue to price Low and the market value of your property will drop.
